Saddle Repair Before & After
Girth Repair
Before and after on a Black Country dressage girth.

In today’s episode of “I am neurotic about details” we have a broken old CAIR panel button. I removed it and inlaid a closely matching piece while I had the panel off for a reflock. Was a good upgrade anyway since this saddle no longer had CAIR panels in it.

Before and after of a broken stirrup leather keeper. Made a new one to match the original so both sides still match.

Reattached sweat flap while in for a full reflock.
